Supplier Files and Product Data

Supplier materials are treated as customer-controlled business data. Skulinker uses uploaded files to provide the requested parsing, extraction, search, matching, and export functionality. Raw files may be deleted according to product retention settings, while structured records, evidence, and export snapshots may remain available to the workspace unless removed by authorized users or an agreed retention process.

Data Sharing

Skulinker does not sell customer data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment, analytics, email, and AI service providers only as needed to operate the service. These providers are expected to process data under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Security

Skulinker uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data, supplier materials, and product records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, accidental loss, and misuse.

User Choices

Users may update account information, manage workspace records, delete supplier or product data where the product allows it, and contact support for privacy-related requests.
