Terms of Service

Welcome to Skulinker. These terms describe the basic rules for using Skulinker to manage supplier catalogs, product data, AI sourcing workflows, shortlists, and exportable selection plans.

Use of the Service

You may use Skulinker only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the supplier files, product records, images, prices, notes, and other content uploaded or created through your account.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for managing access within your workspace. Actions taken through an authorized account may be treated as actions of that workspace.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of the supplier materials, product data, and selection plans you upload or create in Skulinker. By using the service, you grant Skulinker the limited permission needed to host, process, parse, extract, search, match, display, and export that content for your workspace.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Use Skulinker to violate laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or data isolation.
• Interfere with the reliability, security, or performance of the service.
• Resell access to Skulinker without written permission.

AI and Data Processing

Skulinker may use AI and document-processing providers to parse supplier files, extract product data, generate summaries, rank product matches, and support sourcing workflows. AI output can be imperfect. Users should review important product, price, compliance, and customer-facing information before relying on it.

Payments

If a paid plan applies, fees, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the pricing or checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.

Availability

Skulinker aims to keep the service reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skulinker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Changes

Skulinker may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
