Skulinker has two separate management areas: platform operations and customer workspaces. Keeping them separate protects customer data and makes every role easier to understand.
Platform Access and Workspace Access Are Different
The Platform Super Admin maintains Skulinker accounts, workspaces, payments, and support operations. Platform access does not automatically make that person a member of a customer's workspace.
Customer work happens through three workspace roles:
| Workspace role | Catalog and team management | Search, AI, plans, export, and sharing | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workspace Owner | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Workspace Admin | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Workspace Query Member | No | Yes | No |
When an action is not allowed, Skulinker explains the current role and who can complete it. A Workspace Query Member is told to contact the Workspace Owner or Workspace Admin instead of being pushed into a purchase flow they cannot control.
Paid Plan Seat Contracts
The first number is the total number of management seats, including the Workspace Owner. The second number is the number of Workspace Query Member seats.
| Plan | Seat contract | Practical meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1+0 | One Workspace Owner, no added team seats |
| Pro | 1+3 | One Workspace Owner and up to three query members |
| Enterprise | 3+20 | One Workspace Owner, up to two Workspace Admins, and up to twenty query members |
Seat counts are only one part of a plan. Document pages, supplier profiles, product capacity, AI usage, import formats, export formats, source tracing, and image tools also follow the current plan. See the latest details on the Pricing page.
Your Current Workspace Controls Access and Usage
One account can belong to more than one customer workspace. The current workspace decides which supplier catalog, team, selection plans, subscription, and shared usage limits are active.
When more than one workspace is available, use the workspace switcher before starting work. Skulinker validates membership again on the server, so switching does not grant access to a workspace where the account is not an active member.
Who Manages the Subscription
The Workspace Owner is the subscription owner. The Workspace Owner and Workspace Admin can review plan status and available billing actions on Billing. Workspace Query Members cannot open team or billing management.
Upgrades take effect only after the payment provider confirms the change. A scheduled downgrade keeps the current plan until the paid period ends, then Skulinker applies the new rights and suspends seats above the new limit. The Workspace Owner remains active.
A Simple Way to Assign Roles
- Choose Workspace Owner for the person responsible for the subscription and workspace.
- Choose Workspace Admin only for trusted leads who manage people and catalog data.
- Choose Workspace Query Member for people who search, compare, create buyer-ready plans, export, and share.
Manage members on Team & Seats, review the subscription on Billing, and compare plans on Pricing.
