Use the supplier price list template (Excel) for one supplier, one currency, and six pictured configurations. Open the fictional collection, then fill the blank sheet with confirmed products and terms. Skulinker shows the wider route from supplier materials to structured product records, a private library, selection, and export.
Download the English Excel price book or the Chinese workbook. Both contain sample and blank sheets. All example offers are fictional; photographs are illustrations.
A collection someone can read without reconstructing the quote
The supplier price list template (Excel) opens with Hearthline Furniture's PL-2026-10-V1, priced in USD per piece and valid through November 30, 2026. Chairs, tables, and lamps each have two configurations. Identity, dimensions, price, and minimum quantity stay together.
The supplier price list links each SKU to lead time, its starting event, freight, installation, tax, and an exact source location. Review those conditions before sharing the collection.
What the six configurations contain
The supplier price list below supplies the same item prices used in the downloadable customer quotation. Trace each selected configuration by SKU.
| SKU | Fictional configuration | USD / piece | MOQ / pieces | Lead time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 00101 | Cane-back chair, standard carton | 86.00 | 20 | 35 days |
| 00102 | Cane-back chair, reinforced carton | 94.00 | 20 | 35 days |
| 00201 | Black oak round table, Ø1200 | 360.00 | 4 | 42 days |
| 00202 | Black oak round table, Ø1400 | 420.00 | 4 | 42 days |
| 00301 | Floor lamp, standard carton | 115.00 | 6 | 28 days |
| 00302 | Floor lamp, reinforced carton | 135.00 | 6 | 28 days |
Chairs measure 520 × 540 × 780 mm; tables are 750 mm high; lamps are Ø400 × 1500 mm. The supplier price list records written specifications. Replace illustrations with approved images before release; images alone cannot verify dimensions or materials.
Chair and lamp pairs share their appearance and dimensions but include different cartons. Separate packaging descriptions in the supplier price list template (Excel) let a buyer distinguish those offers after sorting. Table configurations differ by diameter.
Do not total the supplier price list unit-price column: one chair plus one table plus one lamp does not describe an order. Selected quantities belong in a customer quotation.
Fill the blank sheet in the order a recipient needs it
First replace supplier, issue date, version, and expiry. Give each issued supplier price list a dated revision and retain the previous copy so a changed price remains explainable. Put the version in the filename and inside the sheet. When sending a revision, identify the superseded version so the recipient knows which file to use. Ask the recipient to confirm the revised version was received.
Next set currency and units. Keep one currency throughout the supplier price list template (Excel). Change headings and numeric formats together; issue separate currency versions. Write USD explicitly rather than relying on a dollar symbol.
Enter one text SKU per priced configuration so 00101 retains its zeros. In a supplier price list, distinct offers need distinguishable identifiers and descriptions: finish, size, upholstery, pack quantity, or accessories.
Enter numeric prices and MOQs. Keep “confirm with factory” in a notes field. Leave unknown prices empty and explain the unresolved point; an empty cell must not imply zero. Check whether MOQ applies per configuration or across the collection. Twenty chairs in mixed packaging do not necessarily meet a twenty-piece requirement for each SKU.
Open the configuration detail.
SKU 00101 is USD 86; SKU 00102 is USD 94. The shared photograph never replaces the written configuration.
Put commercial conditions beside the collection
Lead times in the supplier price list template (Excel) begin after deposit receipt and configuration approval. Thirty-five days is manufacturing time from those events. Add transport and installation allowances separately when planning arrival. If a buyer wants chairs, tables, and lamps together, ask whether they ship separately or wait for the longest production cycle. Record the answer alongside the individual lead times.
The example uses EXW at a fictional factory; freight, installation, and tax are excluded. Replace this with the agreed supplier price list basis and named location, making included services explicit.
Sources run from fictional PL-V1 row 7 for the first chair to row 12 for the last lamp. Record a retrievable filename and sheet, row, or page; “supplier email” cannot identify a revised line. If a later reply changes only packaging, retain its date and reference beside the affected SKU rather than attributing every row to the new message.
Open the commercial-terms detail.
The finished case has six distinct configurations and a traceable commercial basis. No order quantities or collection total are implied.
Check the issued file and the next decision
Use the header filters in the supplier price list template (Excel), keeping the header frozen while reviewing lower rows. After sorting the supplier price list or replacing photographs, inspect each SKU against its picture and configuration: floating images may remain behind when rows move.
Preview the supplier price list in landscape layout. Repeat table headers across longer collections and add pages when needed. Preserve readable commercial terms and the Excel working copy when exporting a customer PDF.
Pass the approved supplier price list template (Excel) to the colleague preparing customer quantities, retaining the source version with the selection. A supplier comparison matrix checks competing offers; a furniture quotation calculates selected quantities. Carry collection MOQs into that quotation.
